Restarts on click

I am having problems with spontaneous restarts on clicks.
It only seems to happen while using Internet Explorer or
Outlook and can be a minimize, maximize or hyperlink
click. I am using Win XP Pro and IE ver 6.0. Any ideas?

Control Panel | Performance and Maintenance | System | Advanced tab
In the Startup and Recovery section, uncheck Automatically Restart.
Then you will see the blue screen. Tell us the error message.
