I have started experiencing a problem where my system
will just restart on its own.

I have DMP files that have been produced but am unable to
decipher anything english from them.

I thought that it could be a power supply issue so I went
form a 300 watt to a 350 watt - no luck, happened again
this morning.

Any clues?

Is it a bsod or does it warn you that it's about to
restart? Or is it as if you've flicked the power?

Have you made any hardware changes recently? Are you
likely to have any viruses?
