restart!!

i don't know why but my computer has been restarting
itself..and i am sure that i never touched anything that
has to do with restarting. It's like i'm working on
something online then it the screen suddenly turns black
and restarts. Is there a problem that i don't realize?

Could be, and you will see the error message after disabling the default
"automatically restart on errors".

Control Panel|SYSTEM|ADVANCE|START UP AND RECOVERY. The checkbox is there.
