restart normaly mode

Hi
I turn restore off I enter in safe mode. Now I try to
enter in normaly mode doesn't work, I try to turn restore
on and is not possible in safe mode. Any clue?

While is safe mode bring up "msconfig" click on the BOOT.INI tab and uncheck the block
/safeboot restart your system
