Restart after Automatic Update

I like having Windows automatically download and install updates.
However, it will frequently pop up a box to prompting to restart "now"
or "later." Does anyone know how to suppress that dialogue box so that
the updates will still be downloaded and installed, but the dialogue
box will not keep popping up?

I don't think you can turn it off, but you can control *when* Windows
automatically downloads and installs the updates. If you are logged on as
Administrator when you get the restart reminder, and no action is taken
within 5 minutes, your computer will then automatically restart.

There is no way to supress that box. Because the downloaded updates do not
take effect until you restart, even after installing, windows wants to make
sure that you know it's important to restart as quick as possible.
