Trying to respond to someone who answered my question.
How do I reply to them ? When I try, I am prompted to
enter the name (no problem there), AND the email address
(which isn't readily displayed ?

The easiest way is to reply to the newsgroup by clicking
the Post reply button. In the post new message window the
sender's name and sender's email address is where you
put 'your' name and email address.
If you use the 'reply email' option in the post window
you may find that the posters email address is
ficticious - this is done to prevent spam. Obviously not
all emaila address are ficticious, mine, for instance,
isn't, but many people who use the newsgroups do not
always like being contacted directly.
