response slow since 832894

Since I installed the IE patch 832894, my system seems to
be slow when I try to use IE. Anyone else had this issue?
System: W2k pro sp4

Yes. I had the same problem and reported on it a couple
of times in this forum, but no-one seemed to have an
answer.

When I start IE6 with this patch, I get about a 15 second
delay before the browser screen comes up.
