Resource Scheduling - Recurring Meeting Request

I am using Outlook 2003 SP1 connected to Exchange 2003 SP1. I followed
Microsoft article
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;291616&spid=2520&sid=global "How
to direct book a resource in Outllok 2002 or Outlook 2003". As per this
article, I created a new mailbox for our meeting room and gave all uers
Author permission and allowed Resource Scheduling. It works with individual
meetings but when I try to schedule a recurring meeting it gives me
following error.

"Meeting - Test1 meeting room" has declined your meeting request because it
is recurring, You must book each meeting separately with this resource.

Is there a way to do this without seeing this message. I know if I log
on/open the mailbox from File Menu - Open - Calendar and create meetings
manually it works. But I dont want to confuse users with two separate
procedures.

Go back into the mailbox of the resource by setting up a profile for it.
Once it's open go to Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Resource Scheduling and
take the check out of the box for "Automatically decline recurring Meeting
requests".

This should fix you up.
