My users need to be able to access their local drives
while in a session. I read earlier post that pointed out
the basic settings to enable on both the terminal and
client side...seems easy enough, but disable drive
mapping and connect local drives are greyed out in my
terminal server configuration screen. I assume this due
to a policy setting, but can't find it anywhere. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

"Do not allow drive redirection" may be the GP you may want to check - it
should be not configured or disabled.
Start/Run gpedit.msc and navigate to Computer onfiguration => Administrative
Templates => Windoes Components => Terminal Server

Are you running W2K TS? W2K does not support redirection of local
drives. The options are there, but greyed out, since these features
will become available when you run Citrix on top of W2K TS.
Windows 2003 TS supports local drive redirection.
