Resource owner

In our small office, I have arranged our meeting room and office car
as a resource in Outlook (with there own profile, email etc.).

And it works fine with these two resources as individuals, but...

If I need to use our car and I enter it as a resource in my calender,
and I see that it has been scheduled at the same time I needed it, I
need to see by whom, when I mouse over to see the details (I only see
the time, subject and other resources).

To see who has scheduled the car is essential in order to contact the
scheduler!

Any help?

version?

Some user involvement is required I think. Have them write the subject like
this:

JUDY: travel to City office

Then you will know who booked it and for what purpose.

Also try making a Group Schedule with all the Resources in it and you'll be
able to quickly see when they are booked.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
