Resolving address in another language

I have a client with Outlook 2003 and whenever he resolves a name that is
external from our company it resolves with what appears to be some sort of
Asian language. I've check the settings under language tools in the microsoft
office programs group and that is fine. Other than a reinstall (which is next
because I tried a repair) is there any other spots to check?

Is he using Word as his email editor? Are there any Office language packs
installed? Any add-ins?
