Resetting to factory defaults

I searched everywhere I can but I can't find how to reset my computer to
factory defaults. I done it before but I forgot the button combination to
use. I remember during the "Dell" screen I pressed Ctrl + F11 or something,
but it did not work this time, so I must of pressed the wrong buttons. Anyone
who has/knows about XPS 410 help me out here please, how to reset to factory
defaults, I know you don't have to use the CD, nor wiping out the whole
computer, just reset it to how it was when I got it from the factory. If you
need more information just ask.

OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600)
System Model: Dell DXP061

To Use PC Restore
1 Turn on the computer
During the boot process, a blue bar with www.dell.com appears at the top
of the screen
2 Immediately, upon seeing the blue bar, press <Ctrl> <F11>
If you do not press <Ctrl><F11> in time, let the computer finish
starting, then restart the computer.
................................

details:
press the Ctrl key down, hold it down, and also press the F11 key.

complications: if you have a fancy keyboard where the Fxx keys are also use
for other functions you may have to press some key on the keyboard to enable
the Fxx keys to register.
(Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard for instance, must press the F Lock key to
switch the row of keys to Fxx mode).

Instructions are in the manual under the chapter Troubleshooting Tools
