reset internet parameters to factory

Hi,

I need to reset *all* of my internet parameters (i.e. MTU, Black hole, MSS,
etc) back to factory defaults, preferably without reinstalling Win XP.

I run XP Pro SP2.

How would I achieve this?

open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings" button.
 
Looking at that option, it will only reset IE's home and search pages - so
not really what I'm looking for.
