Resetting the windows mail completion cache

G

Guest

I entered an email address in contacts. I mistyped the information and
deleted the contact and then entered the correct information. Now when I add
the nickname, the error email address shows along with the correct one. I
think I need to either reset the completion cache or nickname, but cannot
find how to do that.
Thanks.

It's stored in the registry. It only 'remembers' a maximum of 29
recently used addresses, so eventually the incorrect one will
drop off the remembered list.

What does that have to do with the subject title of this thread?
Please start a new tread for each new issue.
Also include the complete error message.

Windows Mail uses the same settings as OE. Is your OE still available?
Does your mail provider have a Web page to help you?
