resetting the main toolbar in word?

Hi, I've somehow managed to loose the main toolbar including File, View,
Insert etc from the normal view in Word. Want to reset word so it goes back
to its orignial format but can't do it without having the headers to use.
ANy thoughts?

Although you don't really provide enough detail, it sounds like you may have
gotten yourself into Full Screen View. If that's it, just press the ESC key
(extreme upper left on the keyboard), which should return you to Print
Layout View & restore your Menu Bar/Toolbars. Also, when in Full Screen the
menu bar & toolbars are hidden, but the menu bar will appear if you move
your pointer to the very top of the screen. There should be a small toolbar
somewhere on the screen that has just one button to Close Full Screen.
