Page/section/margins toolbar missing. How do i get it back?

The bar that normally is at the bottom of the screen (i don't think it's
technically a "toolbar") that usually displays the page, section, margin
settings, as well as overwrite/delete (etc) settings magically disappeared.
How do I go about getting it back?

I've got word small business 2003. I've tried the Help>Detect and Repair
option, replacing normal.dot (just in case), and resetting all toolbars to
their default settings. No dice. Any ideas?

It is referred to as the "status bar":
Select Tools > Options > View tab and turn on "Status bar" in the "Show"
group.
