Word Toolbars

I customized my toolbars and want them to stay as the default toolbars each
time I open word, but it always goes back to default. How can I lock the
toolbars or keep them they way I've customized them each time I open word??

By default toolbar changes are stored in the normal template. Either you are
not allowing Word to save the normal template on closing or you have an
add-in or fault condition that is inhibiting it. Ensure that you have the
option set in tools > options > save to prompt to save the normal template
and then save it when prompted. If you have an early version of Acrobat 7
installed - update it or remove the add-in and/or see
