Reset Tweak UI & Group Policy Settings

I used TweakUI to automatically clear my Temp Internet Files using the Group
Policy. I also selected some other options that I do not remember! Now,
somehow, apart from the administrator, all other users of the computer are
not able to download from the internet. It gives a message "Security Policy
Prohibits from doing that".

I would like to know how to overcome this and also if I can reset the Tweak
UI & Group Policy Settings.

I have already tried going through the Tweak UI menu and the Group Policy
menu in detail twice without fail!

Can somebody please help me??

If you have XP Pro and use TweakUI all it does is open Group Policy Editor
(gpedit.msc).

Open the Group Policy Editor...
Start | Run | Type: gpedit.msc | Click OK |
Look around.

Most likely...

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\
Windows Components\Internet Explorer
and
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\
Windows Components\Internet Explorer
