Reset Outlook Autofill - Deleted .N2k, did not work

O

I changed my address book in outlook 2003.
Now when I type a name in the the "To" line the Autofill addresses are
not found

I deleted the .nk2 file, but that did not work?
I searched for others but could not find any

What do you mean when you say "I changed my address book"?

Deleting the NK2 file should have removed any addresses from the
auto-complete cache

I deleted my old Contacts and copied a new set so everyte Outlook
autofilled it gave an error
All of the posts I read confirm deleting the .nk2 file should have
worked, but it didn't.

I just went through the alphabet and deleted the Auto entries manually.
It only took a few minutes

Thanks anyway

Then you must not have deleted the NK2 file. The ONLY place the
autocompletion data is stored is the NK2 file. Deleting that file MUST
delete ALL the autocompletion data.
