Reset IE Keyboard Shortcuts

The keyboard shortcut control + enter doesn't work, how can I reset IE's
keyboard shortcuts. I have already reinstalled IE, reset the browser to
defaults, and reinstalled keyboard & intellitype pro. Any other ideas?

Phil,
Run regedit and go to this key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Explorer\
AutoComplete]
Make sure that these values, in the right pane, are correct:
Append Completion= yes
AutoSuggest= no
Use AutoComplete= yes

You should also verify that Inline AutoComplete is checked in Internet
Options> Advanced.
