Reset admin password

I need to reset my admin password. So can you create the disk from
another user on the account? which i tried doing but an error message
kept popping up?

You posted to a newsgroup that deals with the Windows Mail program.
Your issue is better handled in the general Vista newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general
