requiring ctrl-alt-delete on a non-domain winXP computer

I am trying to require that users who want to log on
press "ctrl-alt-delete," but I can't figure out how to do
this. In the User Accounts part of the control panel, all
i see is a nifty little window that looks like it was
designed for a 12-year-old, instead of the User Accounts
window that a windows 2000 user would see. On computers
that are on a domain, the User Accounts window is like
the windows 2000 style, but if the computer isnt on a
domain, windows xp uses a crappy user accounts window
that has no "advanced" tab and no option to require "ctrl-
alt-delete". How do I change my settings so that I can
use the good User Accounts window and require ctrl-alt-
delete?

Start menu>run>type control userpasswords2>enter>advanced>check 'require users
to press ctrl-alt-del'. You should get the w2k pro typr logon that you wanted.
