Dear Members:

I just received a new IBM system model A30 819954U with
Windows XP installed. The Windows Media player 6.0 does
not provide any sound for my music CD's. The sound does
come through if I use an AOL media player. I am having
trouble finding the drivers for this Windows Media
player. Could someone instruct me where I need to go on
the Windows XP support website?

Suggest you contact IBM in that your PC is new and probably still unde
warranty. Making changes may make your PC out of warranty.
