ReQ. Win XP drivers for Ashton Digital Passport 2100 laptop

I mainly need the motherboard drivers but if someone could post the
iso of the cd with all the drivers on it that woud be great ... thx

I am also looking for a bios update for this same product (Ashton
Digital 2100 Laptop). It seems like they went out of business. If
anyone has any information about where I could find such download,
please reply with the info.
