Hi,
I need a simple IRC client that uses an ini or other conf file so when the
user executes the program it just asks for a username and then logs into a
preset list of servers on a network and goes into a preset channel.
The reason for this would be to make it easier for users to use an IRC
channel without being computer literate. I do have two Java IRC clients
which I use, but many people have problems with Java on their system. I'm
looking for a native application for windows.
Thanks!
Karen

PS: But I'm also on the lookout for other better Java (or otherwise) applets
to try as well. I'm currently using http://www.pjirc.com/ and
http://www.jwirc.com/j_applet.html . The applet must be freeware, not
require a relay and not be cgi intensive.
