REQ shortcut for folder view in Win Explorer - HELP

Help please.

Is it possible to create a shortcut in Windows Explorer which shows
the Folder View?

I have to go to:

View -> Explorer Bar -> Folders

each and every time I want to switch the folder view on or off. I
would like to create a shortcut key to do this.

How can I do it?

Change the Windows explorer parameter to "explorer /e, c:"
Or, type the above in RUN box.
