REQ: Help... see inside

For the past two day a "Purity Scan Setup" has kept coming up.. I have
spyware eliminator and nothing.. I run spyferret and nothing.. I did
an antivirus check and nothing... I check in Amin Tools/services and
messenger is disabled.. WHERE is this coming from and how do I get rid
of it popping up? TIA
