Req good link for IZArc

Does anyone have a good link for the IZArc compression program?
My last link;

has been returning 'Error 400 Bad Request' for several days. Has the site
been discontinued for good or what?

Any particular reason why it has to be IZArc? I scrapped IZArc for TugZip
(http://www.tugzip.com/) about a year ago, never looked back.

Any particular reason why it has to be IZArc? I scrapped
IZArc for TugZip (http://www.tugzip.com/) about a year ago,
never looked back.

Personally I have been using IZ for a year now, and am very
pleased with it.. I looked at tug but did not keep it.

Each to their own I guess..
