i tried to set to hibernate after 2hrs of inactivity from "Power Options",
however, it doesn't
happen.
when i check START->Turn Off, there was no "Hernate" icon but "Stand By"
icon.
Only after I press "Shift", then that "Stand By" changed to "Hibernate" Icon
and able to
hibernate.

Anybody can suggest what is happening on my PC setting and how to make it
hibernate after xxx time of inactivity?

Also other processes running in the background may prevent
hibernation.
Try setting hibernate for under 30 minutes to see if it
works and take it from there.
