REPOST: registering OCX

If I try to register or unregister the ocx, I get
DllRegisterServer in myocx.ocx failed. Return code was: 0x80040200.

Uninstalling and reinstalling has had no effect.
It was working fine before. Same identical copy.
I uninstalled it to upgrade. Now neither one will work.

The company that sold it to us appears to have no idea
how to proceed. "It works fine here."

I searched the whole drive and only have one copy
of the ocx.

W2K, v.5.00.2195, no service packs.
 
Just a shot in the dark, but do you have local administrative rights on the
box and or try another account. Also try another machine.
