Hello,

Outlook XP, Win2kTerminalServer SP3 (no other setup problems)

we permanently (many times a day) have problems with downloading mails form
my ISP. We are working with Outlook XP on a Win2k Terminal Server SP3. Many
users have this problem many times a day but I cannot find a reason for it -
I can surf, others can download mails at the same time but one cannot. So, i
turned on logging in Outlook.

Does anyone know from the attached opmlog.log file what is going wrong here?

Best regards

arno

see if the settings are the same on all computers - the one that can't
connect doesn't have it configured the same. It could be this problem:

Hello Diane,

we are all on the "same computer"
sometimes one has the problem, sometimes someone else, sometimes it works
for everybody, but sometimes nothing works.
