Repository Sharing

I would like to Install Target Designer on 2 machines and share the
Repository Database installed on the Common Machine.

Is it possible for 2 persons to share the single repository. Database
repository uses SQL, it is possible to share the database right?

Yes and Yes.
On your "common machine", Database Manager knows where the repository is.
When clients connect to its dependency database, it will point the clients
to where ever the repository share is on the network - usually on the server
(your "common machine") but it doesn't have to be.

But the clients obviously need read permissions at that share.
