windows embedded standard install

When installing windows embedded standard. The install gets to creating
network share and blows out with an error.
createrepositoryshare Script error

Object not a collection
Line 3186 column 9

The share has been created on the local machine. I have tried vbscript
version 5.6 and 5.7 but still fails

below is the last entry in the install logs. can Any one give me any advise.
