Reports adding spaces when printing

Please hel

When my reports print out large amounts of text, spaces are added unnecessaril
eg. prints "r eques ted" instead of "requested"

Any ideas?
 
Before we start throwing out ideas, please tell us what have you done so far
to trouble-shoot?
