Report margin problem - intermittently

I have a report that was created from a query. It is landscape 13" wide. When
a user goes into the Swicthboard, selects the report, the report displays in
Preview Mode. Problem is that it cuts off the right side of the page. I go to
File Page Setup, change paper size, and on some reports the Print Preview
shows the report had expanded to Legal Size paper from Letter, but on other
reports it shows still cutoff on the right side of the page and did not
expand to legal size paper.

We are currently running 2003 and the db was written in 2000/97

Go to Tools > Options and make sure "Name AutoCorrect" is turned off.

Thanks for the input, however the changes did not affect my issue. I still
have reports that display as Letter and when I change them to Legal, the
Preview does not show them expanding to Legal, nor do they print in Legal
size...
Any suggestions are appreciated...
