Page Width

My report is less than 10" wide and I cannot get it to print on one page -
every 2nd page is blank.

Page setup - column width is set to 11
Page setup - orientation is set to Landscape

I am unable to change the left margin - it always defaults back to .47 and
the right cannot be set below .13

(I even made the paper size legal and the wdith 14 - no luck)

What else should I be looking for?

Thanks

Sorry if this is a repeat, but I got an error trying to post

First, the total width of the left and right margins and the width of the
report has to be less than or equal to the page width. The Column Width set
to 11 will cause this for sure.

In design view, size the design portion width so that it's width + the left
and right margis is <= the page width.
For example, if you have left set at 0.5" and right set at 0.25" then the
design view width should be <= 9.25" And the column width will have to be no
wider than that.

Thanks for the response - I understand the limitations of the total combined
page width + margins.

But in this case - page is set to landscape (11"), the report width is about
9.6 and the right margin is set to .25 - I should be able to make the left
margin less than .47.

It does not let me.

Your margins cannot be set to less than those allowed by the printer you are
using. Some printers have margin requirements that are .5 inches or greater.

If you cannot set the margin less than .47, then the printer (or printer
driver) you are using is requiring that setting.

HP laser printers generally allow you set a margin to .166 inches.
Some inkjet printers require a bottom margin of .75 inches.
