Print/print preview question

I need to create a directory which is going to be on folder letter size paper
in landscape orientation, which will make a booklet. I've created my report
so that it fits on half the sheet of paper. My data is alpha sorted per
page. When I print preview, I have it's all showing up on the left half of
the page. How do I get the next page to show up on the right side of the
same page?

I think columns might be what you need. When editing the report, goto Page
Steup and click on the Columns tab? (Access 2000)

Hope this helps.

My apologies, I wasn't clear about what I need in my report. Let me try to
explain again.

I am created a folder booklet. (A letter size paper, landscape orientation,
folded in the center) Beginning on the left side of the fold, I have a 3
columns report showing last names and address beginning with the letter A.
On the right side, I want it to show last names beginning with a B....and so
on throughout my report. Bascially, I'm created a telephone directory of
about 510 names.

My question should have been, how do I force the right side of the paper to
change to the next letter?

Thanks again,
Sharon
