legal paper setting reverts to letter

I am editing an older report that is 13" inch wide and set to print on legal
paper - except MS-Access won't save the legal setting and reverts to letter
size.

Is there anything I can do short of copying the objects and settings into a
new report?

Is there a chance that TrackNameAutocorrect is checked "on"? This is a
reported problem in earlier versions of Access.

Use Tools|Options General tab to see ... if it is checked, uncheck it,
Apply, shut down Access and restart it.

TrackNameAutocoorrect was not on - my guess is report was somehow corrupted.

Sometimes Access gets a chicken bone stuck in its throat.

If the report already has a designated printer, but is losing the report
definition, I would (also) probably figure the report was munged and just
start over on a new one...
