Report Header Does Not Repeat

I have a report that prints on a pre printed form.
It has lots of header information.
I am printing a page header, a group header, a detail section, a group
footer, and a page footer.

My problems occure when I have to print two pages.

I have the heder section configured to repeat on the next page and it does
if I have enough detail records, but if I print all of my detail records on
the first page, then my group footer prints at the top of the next page with
out the group header. I need the group header to print at the top of the next
page. I have tried many of the setting but cant seem to get it right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Don,

Which version of Access are you using and is it up-to-date with all service
packs?

I am using Access 2002 and I cannot replicate the behaviour you are
experiencing. When I increase the height of the Detail Section by the
smallest allowed amount, ie 0.002 mm, so that the report just spills over on
to page 2, the Page Header, Group Header, Group Footer and Page Footer
sections all repeat on the second page but no Detail Section appears on the
second page, ie there was just enough room for all records on page 1. Was
this a fair simulation of your situation?

Regards
Geoff
