Replying using HTML

Hi,
According to help in Outlook 2002:
">I want my replies to plain text messages to contain formatting
By default, when you respond to a message in Outlook, your reply is
formatted in the same way as the original message. However, you can change
the message format of your reply. With the message open, on the Format menu,
click the format you want to use (HTML or Rich Text)."

Is there any way to change the default so that it will use HTML as default?

Any registry changes I can do? I write lots of emails and 50% of all the
emails i get is in plain text.

No, Outlook respects the sender's choice of mail formats and always uses that format for replies. Any reason you do not want to respect that choice?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Because you don't like the answer is no reason to doubt its veracity.
