replying to emails from the same account which it was received.

i have searched the net and MS's support site for this answer but have only
found where 2 others had posted the same problem and not gotten adequate
answers.

i currently have 8 email accounts setup in MS Outlook 2003 and have them
routed to their appropriate folders upon arrival. the problem: when i reply
to an email that received in account "B", it sends the email out from the
default account "A".

i would really like to remedy this. any help on how to use the same account
to send emails in reply would be great.

thank you so much for your help in advance,
grant

when you click reply and the new message window opens, select the account you
want to reply from, from the drop down "accounts" list (next to the "send"
button)

This is the only way i know of, as there can only be one default account.
You also essentially only have one inbox (albeit with subfolders you have
created for different account messages) so as all messages are in the "same"
inbox, they will be replied to from whatever the default account is for that
inbox, unless you choose another account or change defaults
