Replying to email that was forwarded using rule

I am the desktop specialist in my office. I have two employees who share a
computer but each has their own profile and outlook accounts. They wanted to
be able to have email from one profile sent to a folder in the other persons
outlook. I was able to create a rule to do this and it works great. The
question I have is the person who has their email forwarded wants to be able
to reply to their messages and have the reply show that it is coming from
them, not from the account the email is forwarded to. Is there a way to do
this? Would it necessitate creating another rule, or is there a setting in
the folder created for the forwarded email to set replies as coming from that
person?

The sender would need to put their name in the From field for each message.
