REPLYING TO EMAIL ADDRESS LINKS IN OUTLOOK PLEASE HELP ASAP

Hi can anyone help me if i reply to a message using an address link in an
email it always tries to send through Outlook express rather than my default
outllook it also asks whether i wish to make outlook express my default email
handler even though i use outlook does anyone know how to stop this happening
and make it go through outlook automatically thank you
 
Is Outlook set as the default here: Control Panel > Internet Settings applet
