replying to a forwarded email

is there a way to reply to all when the email has been forwarded. ie: I
forward an email that was sent to many and the person I forwarded it to wants
to reply to all on the original sending. The problem is when I forward it
and the person I forwarded it to hits reply to all it only comes back to me
and not to the original emails it was also sent to. Is there a way to reply
to all with a forwarded message?
