replying and quoting original email or questions

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone knows an easy way to use good email etiquette for
replying where it is preffered to quote the person.

So for example, if I wanted to reply to this post then my reply email would
look like

JAKE: yes I know a good way.

hope this make sense, I don't want to have to paste it all in line by line
and respond.
I was hoping there was an add in or something.

In Outlook? Just set that up in your email preferences. There are a number
of choices of how to quote the original message. Tools, Options, Preferences
tab, E-mail Options button, On replies and forwards section.
