Hi all

In Outlook for Office 2007 is there an easy way to quote the email I am
replying to?

Maybe I am sploiled when replying to previous posts on various online forums
where it is easy to show certain parts of previous posts as quoted that I am
replying to.

Is there a way to do this in Outlook?

If not what do you do when you reply to an email where you want to take
questions or comments and qute them above your reply to clearly show what you
are replying to?

For example do you put >>>> marks or something similar?

Any replies will be greatly appreciated.

I hate to reply to my own post
But I have done a bit more digging on this subject and found the "prefixing"
option under the tools menu.

SO it seems that by having this prefixing option checked I can show previous
messages as quoted.

Is this waht others do?

again thanks for ny input
