Reply with Outlook 2003?

When a friend of mine sends me an e-mail, and I reply, her e-mail address
isn't automatically put into the 'To:' box. What is put there, though, is
part of her name, and then '<(more name)>'. Why isn't Outlook recognizing
her e-mail address? I've checked and she and her domain are on the 'safe
senders' list, so I'm at a complete loss.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It doesn't have to show the email address if her name is connected to the
right address. Try replying again, right click on the name in the To field
and look at the Properties. See if it has the correct email address and
Display Name. If not, check your Contacts for the right "Display as" &
correct email entry in her listing.
