Why do you ask the question here, microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail, when
you posted the question in microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop?

You tagged onto a post by Amu with the subject "Unable to send or receive
messages for the Hotmail (*****) account"

It is the only subj close to the problem I was having trouble eith in the
