Hi,

I have a slight problem with Windows Mail in Vista Basic.
When I add new contacts to an already created contactgroup, the e-mail
adresses will not be saved, the next time I open that group the new contacts
are gone.
Also by selecting this group for sending a e-mail, the added contacts will
not get an e-mail.

What could this be? is there a maximum count of contacts thats a group can
have?
Please help me out...

Regards,

Erik

Some antivirus programs, like most McAfee and Norton products,
cause assorted problems with Windows Mail and its contacts.

So, you either need to switch to a more compatible antivirus, or
else try a different email program, like Windows Live Mail:

Maybe thats the matter altough Norman Antivirus or Avira's AntiVir is used.
In any case non mcafee of Norton is installed

I'm not familiar with your antivirus, but if you have any doubt, try
uninstalling it, rebooting, then try Windows Mail again. If no
improvement, you can always reinstall that antivirus.

Also, trying Windows Live Mail has no downside, because if
it turns out you don't like it, merely uninstall, and Windows Mail
will be back as your default email.
