Reply To or Forward font appears too large

I have a user whose font appears normal in the preview pane, but when she
replies to a message or forwards one, all the sudden her font looks large,
even though it is set to 10pt Courier. I know this has to be a setting
somewhere, but I can't find it. Any ideas?

If the user is using Word as the email editor the font may show up as 10pt
Courier there (not sure where it is set so excuse me if I'm telling you
something you checked), but may not be set that way in the Outlook fonts
options. Check out Tools>Options, go to the mail format tab and under
stationary and fonts, click the fonts button. Here you can see what the fonts
are set to for compostion, replies, and forwarding.

Yes, I checked there and everything looks good, so I'm stumped.
